Does Mina become a vampire in Dracula?
She begins to, but no. Dracula makes her drink his blood and she starts to change, then she is freed when he is killed at the end.
Dracula tells her she is now his own. When Van Helsing touches a holy wafer to her forehead it burns her, leaving a scar that marks what is happening to her.
With his dying words Quincey Morris points out that the mark has gone.
“flesh of my flesh; blood of my blood”
“See! the snow is not more stainless than her forehead! The curse has passed away!”
